The willow pattern

October 15, 2018 by Alienpoet in poetry and tagged alienpoet, art, hope, Love, man, personal, poem, poetry, story, storytelling, woman | Leave a comment

There was a story like Romeo and Juliet
where they didn’t die
but lived as birds in the sky
I ate from the plates with the willow pattern
I can‘t chant in words of Latin
but I believe in love

It’s light doesn’t just from above

it is a secret that is handed down
from woman to man
